Deleting your child’s data

The Plingo app for Android

The current Plingo app has no account and no sign-in. Everything it saves about your child — which games have been played, progress along the path, and the rewards collected — is stored on the device itself. We do not hold a copy, so there is nothing on our side for us to delete.

To remove it:

Uninstall the app. Uninstalling Plingo removes everything it has stored on the device — the progress, the rewards, and anything the individual games have saved. There is no separate step, because there is no copy anywhere else.

Older Plingo apps with an Account ID

Some earlier versions of our apps created an anonymous Account ID. If your app shows one, you can ask us to delete the records held against it. An Account ID looks like abcde_fghij_a123. The current Plingo Android app does not have one — if you cannot find an Account ID, use the section above instead.

Enter the Account ID below and submit the request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
